Christian Wells, dean of students

My name is Christian Wells, and I am honored to serve as the Dean of Students at Berry. A little more about me: I am originally from Tennessee and was a first-generation college student. I joined the Berry College community in February 2026, and I am excited to connect with you and your students throughout the academic year.

College is a transformative time filled with opportunities to build meaningful relationships, become involved on campus, and grow academically, socially, and personally. As Dean of Students, I serve as the Title IX Coordinator, coordinate New Student and Family Orientation, provide leadership and support for Residence Life and serve as a member of the Care Team.

As a first-generation college graduate, I understand that students may face challenges and transitions as they navigate their college experience. Fortunately, Berry offers a wide range of resources designed to support students every step of the way.

There, you will find information about the Student Handbook and Conduct Process, Title IX, the Care Team, Family Resources and many other support services available on campus.
