FLORENCE- Piazza del Carmine is one of the few piazzas of Florence that has not been swallowed by tourism. The square has undergone many changes throughout the years, but a recent renovation is meant to revitalize the space and make it a vibrant, social location for the surrounding neighborhood. The city of Florence held a rededication of the piazza to celebrate its rebirth.
